Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

We collect the minimum needed to run the service: the email address you provide at checkout, optional order notes (such as an SSH public key), your order and payment status, and messages you send through the contact form. We do not require a name, address, or identity documents to order a VPS.

2. Payments

Crypto payments are processed by OxaPay. We never see or store wallet private keys or card details — we receive only the payment status, amount, and the currency used. Blockchain transactions are public by nature; consider this when choosing which wallet to pay from.

3. How we use your data

Your email is used to deliver server access details, service notifications (renewals, maintenance, security), and replies to support requests. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

4. Server content

What you run on your VPS is yours. We do not access the contents of your server except when necessary to investigate an abuse report, comply with a legal obligation, or at your request for support.

5. Retention

Order records are kept for as long as needed for accounting and dispute handling. Contact messages are deleted once resolved. Data on deleted servers is removed from active systems within 7 days.

6. Your rights

You can request a copy or deletion of the personal data we hold about you at any time via the contact page, subject to legal retention obligations.

7. Cookies

The site itself sets no tracking cookies. The OxaPay payment page may set cookies required for the payment flow — see OxaPay's own privacy policy.
